The guaranteed uptime is 99.999% thanks to the redundant configuration of the ultra reliable Paystream's data center.
Thanks to our global geographical presence, we can provide real time support by e-mail from 08:00 CET to 18:00 CET from offices based in Geneva (Switzerland) and from 18:00 CET to 04:00 CET from partner’s offices based in Vancouver (B.C. Canada) spanning 20 hours per day. The possibility of extending this service can be discussed on a custom basis.
Answers are generally provided within 45 minutes, and on the rare occasion when incidents are escalated we may respond by phone to fix the problem.
