Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers PayStream treatment of personally identifiable information collected from users (hereafter "user" or "you") who use the PayStream owned services, as well as consumer information that we acquire in the course of our business. This policy also covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that PayStream's business partners may share with it.

PayStream is located in Switzerland and several EU countries. Its servers are located in Switzerland, in the EU and Canada, but NOT in the United States of America, due to the privacy issues with the USA Patriot Act. Any information that you provide to PayStream could be transferred out of the EU to Canada ONLY in a case of power loss scenario in our Swiss and EU data centres. By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

PayStream reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If we do, such changes will remain consistent with the requirements of the Safe Harbor Principles, and will reflect our continued commitment to protect your privacy .

If there are material changes to this statement or in how PayStream will use personally identifiable information, PayStream will post notice on the PayStream homepage at www.paystreampay.co.uk prior to implementing the change. The amended Terms shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted.
